Returns
We currently do not accept returns for any products. We request all customers to review product specifications carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
1. Record a clear, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time.
2. Ensure the video clearly shows the damage or defect.
3. Send the video along with your Order ID to our support team within 1 day of receiving the parcel.
Note: Claims without a valid unboxing video submitted within 24 hours will not be considered.
Refunds
If your claim is verified and approved:
A replacement product will be sent (subject to availability), or
A refund will be issued to your original payment method if a replacement is not available.
We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the above criteria.
